My philosophy is that you have the answer to your success inside of you. It’s just buried under the noise that comes with everyday life.

That’s just part of being human and simply means that you - and everyone - need help getting to the source of your dreams and using that power to reach your full potential.

When you start the coaching process

You can expect to learn more about yourself, your strengths, your values, your habits, your wants, and your needs.

This begins with a free consultation where we discuss your goals and what you’ve tried before, and generally see if we’re a good match.

After that, a standard session can be broken down as:

  • What’s up? (what’s been going on since the last meeting)

  • What’s today? (what do you want to work on today)

  • So what? (what does the goal mean to you)

  • What else? (what action options do you have)

  • What now? (what are you going to do)
